good doco - well done JJ.

Percy - very sharp mind still for his age, never forgot him going off about Lockie Neale when he was at Swans, Percy was very forceful to Harding to tell Neale that he will never be a good rover until he gets in closer to the ruckman at stoppages to receive the footy.
the work he does with the young ruckman at Swans is very valuable.
he's taken blokes like Lobb, Lammie, Blakely and Yukich from either ammo or reserves footballers into capable league players and in Lobb's case a good afl player.
