The voice of reason Leigh Mathews has said himself he doesn't believe the top 4 teams at the end of the season should be allowed to recruit players from the the sides that finished outside the 8. Same should be applied in the WAFL. The mere fact you even think that way shows what is seriously wrong with the WAFL.

Jokes aside I hope Subi don't recruit a single player in the off season, we have too many league worthy players in the 2s missing out each week, give the boys an opportunity and they will prove their worth.

I think you'll find most Subi supporters are saying the same thing Leedy...especially our midfielders in the ressies need to get some extended time in the one's to see if they step up or not. guys like Justin Joyce, Bogensperger, Max Walters performed really well this year and should be given opportunities rather than chasing Troppo or anyone else.

Just remember two and a half years ago Troppy was playing reserves for EF, that's why he came to Perth for more opportunities at league level and look at how he has grasped that opportunity with both hands. I dare say if your club steals Tropiano from the Perth FC then one or two of those boys you mention might be looking elsewhere for more opportunities, like Tropiano did in 2014, ironical isn't it?

Or maybe your club just doesn't give a shit and takes great delight at keeping struggling clubs like Perth down? I know when Perth was a powerhouse in the mid to late 70's, we didn't go poaching the Taylor's and the Lamb's from a struggling Subiaco.

it's a fact of life that clubs will continually turn their list over but agree...poaching from clubs like Perth doesn't sit comfortably with me DD. in saying that it takes 2 to tango and if someone like Troppo is out of contract and wants to experience some success and is prepared to move to achieve that, then there's not a whole lot you, I, PFC, the WAFC or anyone else can do about it.

If he does, I hope like hell the cards fall our way player wise and we are meeting you in the finals. I'm sure our boys would say hello Trops, fancy seeing you here?

Just on Mzungu if delisted by Freo.He showed in the last few Peel games his great ability to run games out.Stay on his feet ,rairly falls to the ground..Fantastic link man in play.If hes in the WAFL in 2017 i hope its with Perth.But he has to be a chance of another AFL drafting,imo.

Hope Tropiano stays at the Demons but if he doesn't I'd be asking for a fairly high transfer fee and Declan Jackson.
