German origin -- naturally, as you pointed out there is a bit of cross over between German and Anglo-Saxon names because of the common past of the two peoples.

If we consider the definition of multiculturalism as being the integration and co-existence of different cultures, I could only name Dave Madut who came from Sudan a few years ago as being one player who has enriched us all with his particular culture...all the rest are multi generational Aussies like me.
