it was amusing to hear Luke Hodge tell foxtel that Garlett went back to perth "to get his drivers license". very funny & he did it with a straight face.
no club will dare go near him now. I just cant see it. he is a liability and the hawks faith in him has been for nothing it would seem.

Yowser would be a great return for Swannies if he lines up. Thought the salary cap would be full after Geapps recomitting.

He would still be listed as a registered player with Swans. From the way I have understood the statement issued yesterday, Garlett himself isn't even sure if he wants to play football at the moment. Best thing to do would be give him time to figure out what he wants, but keep in close contact to check on his well being and make sure he us progressing well.
Having said that, the message to him yesterday could have been there is a place for you when you are ready to make the commitment to play again.
