AR it somewhat reminds of the Round 1 1982 match between the same 2 clubs.
We kicked ourselves out of both games with poor conversion in front of the big sticks.

Yes it was Big Ron's first game in charge as Captain/Coach at Old Easts after coming back to WA from Fitzroy.

Ark was looking at Subi results from the late 70,s and early 80,s.The good fortune of today wasn't there back in that era.

The Wafl clubs where raped at the end of the 1986 season.Just before the Eagles formed.Somehow Claremont managed to field a pre-Eagles standard side in 1987.
