You will notice there has been a few changes to the forum and some teething problems we are trying to sort out. Please clear your browser cache as this will help with highlighted quotes. When clearing your cache that is all you have to do, do not clear cookies or your browsing history.

You will notice a red line and Enter mark as you drag your mouse over the top or bottom of the quoted comment. You click on the red Enter mark to place the cursor above or below the quoted post, whichever you choose. I have notice quite a few have inserted your comments within the other post.

You will also notice a few more editing/spell check options. Previously you only has to right click on an underlined word to correct the spelling, now you have to manually enable spell checker which is a little fancier than the previous spell checker. Unfortunately you have to enable spell checker every time you post if you need it. Spell checker and other editing options are only available if you use the Reply option, not Quick Reply.
 

Private messages and Editing your Profile are currently an issue we are working on as well as the restricted layout on mobile smart phones. If you turn your phone to landscape mode you will see topic and last post details.

Whoa OFA, you’re losing this old bloke....gunna have to get the missus to sort it out....

OFA, as you’ll see I have commented on the upcoming election and it has text included in the original as you have mentioned before.  I don’t use my laptop, I use my iPad.  I looked around the reply box, but can’t see how I can separate the messages??

Click above or in the blank space below the post you are quoting and a red line should appear and a red Enter key showing on the RHS. Click on that and it will place your cursor outside the quoted post like this.

Obviously if you are using an iPad or tablet your finger is the mouse.
