Totally unacceptable

I can live with being beaten well by talent- and yes, SF had a fair degree more of talent on the park today, but EF threw the towel in very early today. Uncompetitive. SF walked through the EF mids- who were our senior players, like they weren't there. I thought Pearton was ok as well. Eardley had a good battle with Kelly in the 1st half before Kelly went forward and kicked 5 in the 3rd. Symonds was insipid. About 10cm taller than Higgins and the same weight but played bruise free footy. How Crichton is still playing is mind blowing. Marsh was all huff and puff- how about putting your head down and chasing out??
I feel sorry for the young guys in the team- they're lamb to the slaughter at the moment

Can we get better by the end of the season?? Thats the aim. Just be competitive. Has Wiley lost the players?? All we want is competitveness and growth. I'm not sure we'll see it this season.

KCEF ...nailed it with your assessment of the game. There was a real lack of defensive pressure from the Sharks across the board yesterday and that is a real concern. No tackling pressure and a real insipid effort to win the ball at the contest was very noticeable.

Yet the game before v Subi it was apparently there ....and also in the previous derby v SF......so it can be done....seems to be focused one week lose focus the next week...the EP loss was pretty bad as well from all reports....

Wonder how many will get the chop this week?....cant see any of those injured senior guys coming back....plus if Marsh is injured than pretty sure the club will be scraping to field a competitive league or reserves side.....even the colts side was missing 7 regulars from injury yesterday.....

BC wrote: beautiful WA Day in Perth and went along to Horse Shit Park expecting a contest....well I was disappointed to say the least. a big crowd of around 4000 I reckon but East Freo were pitiful. Souths were good but not 25 goals good. the young bloke Pearton that I went to support was serviceable and certainly not the worst. 14 disposals along with 5 marks I think was enough to get another game next week when compared to the rabble he suited up with. freez...sorry to say it mate but based on that I don't thing your mob will win a game this year which is a shame considering the contribution the club makes to player personnel at the highest level.

horse shit park?
green grassed banks to watch the footy & oval in good condition - what do you want BC?
