As a SF person I think it will be a terrific thing for both clubs.

Well let us not get into a slinging match who was there first, I am neither a East or South supporter, but being an outsider looking in, firstly Atom oval can't keep going the way they have been as it is arguably the worst facilities in the league, and change for EFFC needs to happen for their survival, what I can gather everyone seems to be agreeable on that, so for the sake of both clubs I hope that it can be worked out so the WAFL can move forward.

I don't think there is a slinging match over this reeko. It looks as though everyone is in accordance - our facilities are, for several reasons, crap to put it succinctly!! If it wasn't for a certain club, we could start to look forward to a state of the art upgraded stadium. Sharing the facility will help us narrow the gap between us and the Subi's of the world. Pull yer heads in you Freo wankers and let the Fremantle WAFL teams progress.

Yes, the people you mentioned are very conspicuous by their absence.
This concept could be exciting and breathe a whole new life into EF/SF and ultimately the WAFL. EF & SF hate one another...from a distance, but sharing the facility could bring it up very close and get back to the days when being beaten in a Derby was disastrous. The Freo Derby can again be the highlight of the season.
