well here we are, round 1 of the WAFL season......where does the time go? I hear on the grapevine the SD fans are all cockahoop coming down to ATOM stadium to experience some rustic home comforts......touch wood EF can extend them a harmonious welcome through all 3 grades.....relax back boys and enjoy the VIP treatment ATOM Stadium delivers upon at every EF home game

As for the game, well hopefully EF can build from that last stanza effort in front of goals v EP last weekend....or rekindle some fond memories of that 2014 last quarter effort v SD in the first semi.....SD have a mean defence, one of the meanest if not the meanest in the comp, delivery was EF achilles heel into the forward line last year from all reports....no doubt Watson will be a marked man, but hopefully he can kick 3 - 4 goals per game to help EF kick decent totals and apply some pressure on the scoreboard.

Be interested to see who Wiley selects in his first game for EF, SD have some quality personnel across all lines especially height wise. Good luck to any debutants who get the nod for Saturday......game on as they say...

Our league looks very solid all over compared to Swans. Read at CHB my only concern. In saying that SD have an excellent spine and feel our mids need to get first use to nullify this. Hopefully from all reports our run & stun tactic from half back will come to play. Watson v Ames will interesting.

Stephen & Henson to replace Franklin & Harold in the starting line-ups I would have thought. Ressies very strong as well. Depth this year looks excellent as many of those listed have now tasted league football. Looks very promising!!!

ROB is past his best and his shoes will be easily filled. Many possessions not worth the feet they left from.
BOB, however will dominate from where he left off last season. Top 5 WAFL players and was talked about with Essendon.
