I remember at the beginning of the 80's when we changed from Old Easts to the Sharks. We were getting hammered every week and were belittled by everyone. Things changed and will change again if they promote the younger guys. 30 is a good number.

another weekend and another loss....admire EF consistency especially with their accuracy kicking at goal Any positives to come out of that display?....

Jacob Green on debut collecting 20 odd possessions sounded promising? Heard Lester-Smith played up back, at his size (190cm) and speed reckon that could be a positive move, since he hardly kicks goals any more playing in the forward line. BOB moved back into the forward line, obviously kicking 2.5 didn't help EF cause, but 7 shots on goal for any EF forward these days is a revelation!! .....

See the reserves are on a winning streak .... lots of injured names back on the park now, good to see Howson take 12 marks, didn't kick any goals so just assumed he played up back?...Cripps is back I see and whilst only against Peels reserves, won a fair bit of the footy too....both those boys are 197 cm plus and could get games very soon. Tim Bristow back as well after his achilles lay off.....Ellis kicks 4, so he will bounce back into the league side next week no doubt....Fletcher I reckon is a far better bet as a tall than James Bristow, so perhaps those two will trade places v SF....

changes for next week....out Dorotich(injured), Bristow? Boyle? Henson?...any others skating a thin line.....reckon youngsters like Barone, Franklin and Stokes should be persisted with for the rest of the year.....Perry back in?....Ellis, Howson, Fletcher and Schleicher could be chances too?

and yeah pooor kicking for goal once again blew another good chance for EF.....4.6 in the first, 2.6 in the 3rd really didn't help EF cause in the end......fustrating to also see ex EF boy Griffin kick 3.0 as well for Peel..but hey who know the big fella might be back at EF in 2016 along with Max Duffy.....sheet that's not good dreamin of next year!!
