With two teams desperate to win and great weather forecast it should be ideal day to go down to the concrete jungle to witness this match. I'm not sure whether the Channel 7 telecast of this match will impact greatly on the attendance but hopefully we will see a large crowd there for this important tussle between teams currently third and fourth on the ladder. Go Sharks!

Will EF's mids dominate and get EF over the line or will it be the likes of Ashton Hams to collect 500 possessions across half back (again) who will set SF up for a win, maybe the 6 changes to the SF line-up could be too many changes in one week?
Either way this has all the earmarks of classic derby game.

Lookin forward to this one , got no idea who,s coming out on top. They are both a bit Jekyl and Hyde at the moment. If sharks mids get on top and play some direct football i think our forwards can get the job done.
Lets hope for a great crowd and a Sharks win by 14pts.

atleast that way the fella aint ducking his head strono.......cheers for beer & chat at the Wellington game mate......good to see Paddy Cripps had a cracker of a game.......good to get the 4 points, 4-2 is a good way to enter the bye, rest a few bodies, get a few more back from injury....the loss to Peel was no one off and the Subi loss was no diferent to the other G7 clubs so far.

Great to see EF reserves beat SF, big effort there and with a few more to come back hopefully the reserves can keep "developing". Thought the colts would do better, seem to miss that tall fella at FFwho couldnt play due to AIS committments in Wellington on Fri.......anyone fill me on Zurhaar and colts debutant Ambrose Ryan.....obviously with state committments coming up EF colts depth will be tested.....good to see so many 16 yrs old getting a go....Ryan, Baskerville, Bonomelli, Briffa, Ryan,Rajanayagam & Liddelow plus 4 under 16 reps in the state team.

A good win at Piles Park. The home team in the derby has to win eventually - seven wins in a row for the away team is amazing. Had a bad feeling playing the chihuahua's as they always seem to be quicker than us but maybe they are not as good as I thought they were. Until the next derby when they pants us!

Sharks looked very good today. They will get better and challenge Subi. Good crowd and great vibe too.

Surely you aren't talking about Hamms freeze? He was an embarrassment when he was with WCE and nothing has changed. Little prick is going to get his jaw broken one day an some poor bugger will get a long suspension over it.
Anyway, always good to beat the turkeys down the road.

The Sharks midfeild are taking turns at having strong games at the moment. Liam was held to a dozen poss and eardly steps up. Other games its been Schleicher or Mcnamara or Dalzeil. At some stage I hope they will all turn it on on the same day. Its a good mix in there I think and great to watch.
I think the move of Williamson back is also a winner. Bring on the Demons in 2 weeks.
