Bit disappointed to read Peel are allowed to flash someone elses cash and recruit outside their alignment deal with Freo.....pretty sure Peel will "recruit" up to 5 new players next year without lifting a finger.....2 rookies at least and 3 draftees......if Menagola does go to Peel hopefully EF sting them for top dollar......not too sure why Menagola would want to go back to Peel after Freo delisted him.....unless Freo are going to re rookie him.....

Having already received a clearance fee for him once, would East freo therefore have to be paid a clearance fee a second time?

then why would Menagola be classed as an out of zone player if EF have already been paid a clearance fee for the fella?.....he would simply be a Freo/Peel player then......thought all delisted AFL guys were immediate property of their former WAFL clubs......pretty sure WP haven't paid a clearance fee to have Kepler come back to them?.....Leedy, Winger or Cardy might be able to let us know about that.

who knows Tiger what is the deal regarding these aligned players......surely EF won't have to pay EP to get Brennan back?....if they want 10K for reserves players than Brennan might be out of EF budget then......

EF would be entitled to the full whack of clearance fees. But who in their right mind would want to stay at Peel.

So this what the WAFC must have meant when they would review the protitution of the WAFL competition via the host club alignment. We will just do what we want with total disregard for the integirty of the WAFL competition. Duplicitous, dastardly and disingenuous. The WAFC once again have shown that could not give a stuff about the WAFL competition. Most assuredly, the Freo Dockers reserves team should pay the highest premium to keep a delisted player.

Freeze I have no idea if Old Easts are interested in Menegola or not but all the G7 clubs should stand up to this pathetic decision from the WAFC to further artificially help that abysmal mess that is Peel & force them to stick to the rules that is when delisted from the AFL clubs those boys go back to their original WAFL clubs or you pay the full transfer fee!

This is the start of the AFL alignment clubs, FFC and WCE bending the rules to suit their own means.

I see both Brennan and Menagola are on EF list now, doesn't mean they will play for EF in 2015, but at least it means if anyone(Peel) wants them a deal will need to be done I guess.....both would be handy acquisitions for EF if they did play for EF.....not world beaters but definitely strengthens EF depth(midfield/defence) that's for sure.

Would Menegola get a regular league game at EF, Freezin.
