Congrats to Paddy Cripps on his Brownlow success. Another goodun from the Mid west region, Northampton for the size it is, have a knack of producing some good footy talent.

Patrick Cripps was a very popular winner last night.
Remember round 23 v Collingwood.About 30 seconds left Carlton in attack.Cripps grabbed the ball and pushed forward trying to break Collingwood tackles.Broke 2 and was holding the ball with the 3 Rd tackle.He knew he had to do it to get Carlton over the line.Was worthy of the 3 votes that game.Hope he plays finals next year.

would of been nice if he mentioned the sharks somewhere in his speech....disappointing

Is it nous or nouse? Oh well matters not. Interesting to hear zero development for Paddy Champ.at East Freo or Carlton. All in the junior footy days at Northampton and at Aquinas College it seems. You would know because after all you played in the you know what! 

Cousins and Black both played League footy at EF before getting drafted- Cripps played Reserves.

Congrats to Paddy.  Whichever way you look at it, he’s an EF product.  Such a pity he ended up at Carlcheat.  Maybe the Eagles can do a JK on him and rescue him from their clutches..😁😁

Eagles not the most attractive destination right now but give it a go. Considering Paddy Champ poled more votes than the entire Eagles side combined I would say you need him.

Simon Black was a product of Corpus Christi College and Ben Cousins from Wesley College. So I guess give credit where it’s due to the private schools.
Claremont will have all guns blazing this weekend…they’ve absolutely nothing to lose…..whereas we have a lot to lose after finishing second.

Curious logic there - I guess when you have an agenda all sense goes out the window. Good to see you finally up and about after such a quiet year FF2. Claremont seem to have a new mascot! They may even let you run out with them onto the ground before the game on Sunday. Just remember though to take off anything blue and white before you do. LOL.
