Grump, you had me worried until I checked the Website.

The word is RE-SIGNED. That little hyphen makes all the difference

Great news, Grump. When Kuek was mentioned earlier i checked out some footage of him including an interview when he was with the Natanui Academy. He seems like a great kid with a ton of untapped talent, and generally a good sort to have around the club. Can’t wait to see how he turns out in the years to come

So the certainties (in my opinion) have been drafted and possibles left to ponder their collective futures.

Dittmar is a definite league players as is Armstrong and Habour it remains to see whether they're given the proper opportunities to develop in the leagues side or left serve as some call it an apprenticeship in the reserves. Dittmar is the replacement for Kerr, Habour goes to a forward pocket or Half forward with Armstrong being a big tall wingman.

They have skills, they have bodies and they have the football nouse to be league footballers THIS year!

surprised dittmar didn't at least get rookie listed.eagles still have a spot left and wouldn't be surprised if he and several other players are train ons to see who get's the last spot.i hope like you grump that some of the players you mentioned  get a chance next year but i do worry that the club may go overboard and bring in recruits to deprive them of chances.in todays paper it was mentioned in todays est  thata  peel player called michael randall is looking to change clubs  with east perth and a few other clubs interested in him.he got himself in some minor  trouble last year by taking a supplementhe is a midfielder.is he a replacement for brayshaw?.

Some of the names you mention have terrible attitudes I’m told.  So wouldn’t expect them to be In the WAFL system long or at all.  Dittmar could be picked up at some point in the near future if he can tick a couple of boxes.

A replacement for Brayshaw, where is Hamish supposed to be going????Randall would be a fantastic pick up,and with the added midfield depth,i'd be swinging Schumacher forward as he has strong hands and a booming kick.

Yep you're probably on the money with that but I would hope the club is strong enough to deal with some over inflated ego's but that maybe more in hope than reality, most clubs have the self same issues but a few can deal with it better than others  From what I understand there other players with issues outside of the club but they deal with them. Once again wait and see what falls out of the pre-season after the december break.

You would hope the club can help them Grump, to mature and get something out of their football moving forward. Attitude is mainly self driven so watch this space and fingers crossed.
