The dogs got us by a couple of goals today in an ordinary game. We had a few out, Hosley, Kitchin, Wheeler, Lockyer, Kennedy, Heal, Halligan, Joyce, Fimmano, Rohde. Looking forward to next week.

Thanks for that DG. It is good getting some feedback on the games. That is a few out this week about half of the Grand Final team. You described it as an "ordinary game" Is that saying both teams were having a run around, nothing too serious? How did South look or were they keeping a few back as well?

You're welcome Godinoz. Ordinary as in the dog shit that was on display on the gold coast this afternoon. Pretty sure the dogs held a few back too, didn't see slothe out there

Lost league scratch match on saturday to Souths 11.10 to 10.5. Was a typical early season scratch match with not alot of flowing football though Souths were better at retaining possesion and decision making. Dion Munkara kicked a couple for Souths and looked a promising type for them with Kade Stewart looking like a classy player also. For us Simon Moore and Ryan Borchet kicked a couple of goals each and Ben Newton and Josh Deluca played well in the midfield. Quarter by Quarter scores S 4.1, 6.3, 7.4, 10.5 SF 3.3, 7.7, 8.10, 11.10.
Ressies Subi won 15.8 to 13.9 with Rhys Waters booting 4 goals. Good comeback by Subi in last qtr after being a couple of goals down at 3/4 time.
Played league game were Moore, Powell, Litherland, Deluca, Newton, Clark G, Borchet, Beverley, Miller, Delahunty, Walters, Hoskins, Braut, Sutherland, Edwards-Baldwin, Rohde, Mayo, Latham, Hickmott L, Doyle, Menegola, Breman, Lawrence and Harry Marsh.
Justin Joyce played ressies.
