Well you'd think he would be streets ahead of Elliot who is a trier at best but too prone to making mind numbing mistakes. They played Boges on the wing against Swans early on so he's up against Horse when he's fit.

Interesting that Shep is named to lead the ruck, perfectly capable to do so but doesn't have the same tank as Clang, keep Shep at FF where he's working well with the smalls in Ryan and co and do some rucking inside the 50, let Clang patrol a kick behind the play. Stevo at CHF has some appeal, I think he'll enjoy the space better than being down in the backline.

The forwards and backs still look quite solid but it's in the mids that we are vulnerable with Kitch and Horse out, Phez has been great but will need to step up a level. Would like to see Bryan have a run through the mids, quality young player with time and balance and a strong body. Cockies formidable tackling skills will be needed to quell the 4 quality Perth mids, even if he gives away a few frees, we have to prevent the fast centre breaks. Mahoney will get a run with role with either Jones or Trop, so guys like Clark, Hoskins & Robbo will really have to step up and ensure we give our forwards somewhere near an even share of inside 50's, if we do that we should win as our forwards have a better record than theirs.

Will be a real physical slog if the weather comes in as expected so close checking and tackling pressure will be vital.

Subi loses a couple of players and all of a sudden we are looking down the barrel. IMO, if it counts for anything, Subi has got the quality players to replace the out going players and we will win by 32 points. I am looking forward to to listening to the game on live stream 720AM ABC Radio here in New Zuland tomorrow evening (if they live stream), with a few VB's and Crownies!! Go Lions.

Agreed Singha pretty good looking side. Appears that our mids will be Phez, Robo, Mahoney, Hoskins, Bryan and Cockie. We will go alright against the D's mids. I think we will be too strong we cant afford to lose this game, this one can help cement top spot which is vitally important

Hang on, maybe Woodley is in the league. I'm only going on the fact that he is named in the reserves stats page on the WAFL app, but he hasn't got a stat and 23 players named... Could be debuting yet
