I played with his old man & uncle and they both knew how to get the footy , the Uncle could have played league at EF easily

What about the forgotten man Kennedy? & Grace? Im tipping good years for both.

Your'e right Southener,Iam being a bit harsh on Boges.Nicely built and moves well and I think this is the year he will make it.At Subi,many seem to take their game to a higher level,given the excellent coaches and high levels of professionalism demanded by all at the club.Boges included.DG,Ilike the look of Kennedy,he has . good footy smarts.Grace is a work in progress ,although he does seem to get injured often which stymies his development.

DG haven't been able to get to any pre-season matches but looking forward to the 1st real game against the Tiges in a couple of weeks.

Looking at the team list, we only played about 10 of last years league team plus some recruits, was that right? Madut had an impact?

Horsley hurt his knee a few weeks ago I think BC. SS I only saw most of the 2nd half but yes we had alot of regulars out. Dela was good up front did as he pleased, Clancy also lively forward & bursts in the ruck. It was a really dominant performance hard tackling pressure all over the ground it was like they were playing for 4 pts. They all want to play in a couple of weeks mate. Madut was good in the tap outs, one time he smashed it to chf natanui style, another time he contested the centre bounce then ran fwd rec'd the ball on his own & delivered a nice pass to Clancy for a goal. Apart from that he did fa around the ground possession wise.

...Lockyer solid, Hancock good, not sure who Fimmano is & Smith is still playing. Kitchin, Menegola, McPhee didn't play.
