no mate...hadn't heard that. although in saying that I haven't seen or heard much from him since the days he was in all his glory on FG. cocko was a fine performer on that forum...just ask cardy et al.

Well I hope it is not true, he was a fine performer back in the Footygoss years, I locked horns with him many times..

I was told he is an old grumpy bugger, not sure as I never met him, but lets just hope it is only a rumor and he is OK.

That would be sad news one of the 'greats' from the old FG days had some good banter with the fella over the years...

the subi website said its arthur cochrane who passed away and i think our mate was gerald...so not sure if its him or not. bensti may be able to shed some light.

hopefully the fella is alive and well in Bali.....isn't that where he was based most of the time?......good read that boy was on the old FG site

i've never known anyone to hate another team as much as cocko hated WP. cocko and I had some huge arguments with the jerker faithful on FG around 2006 or so from memory. absolutely hilarious stuff...so like you freez, i hope he's ok as well although deepest sympathies for arthur's family who i think was cocko brother....once again, i'm not 100% certain.

Mate I hold those days with fond memories, wow we had some banter between WP and Subi supporters, not sure why as I mostly grew up hating EP, but your right po.cocko did hate WP with a passion and because he had such a weird name you could easily go to town on modifying it in many ways

Anyway if it is his brother all condolences to him and his family.

Oh hell that is sad news. I just checked the subi website. That is Arthur, Pococko's brother that has passed away. He was the driving force behind the past players and supporters association and it will be sad to not see him at the club anymore.
Without wanting to talk about private matters too much, pococko wouldnt mind if people knew he has been unwell so has been missing from the forum. I believe he has been unable to return to his beloved Bali. A great fella. All the best to the family.

It would be fair to say that he and I had some interesting discussions on FG as well. My condolences to the family and hope that his own health improves.
