I noticed Forrest at the game last week mudlark, he sure looks fit and strong. I reckon he must have been spending plenty of time in the gym. His big body would be good come finals time, but hell of a risk. Makes me nervous too. Still a couple of spots up for grabs.
Speaking of which, why didn't Latham play last week, anybody know? I didn't see him in the second half of the ressies...

Latham should have a spell in the 2nds although I'm told he's pulled up sore. His disposal is only average and I think the coaching staff must love the guy ? There's others playing 2nds who I think could do a better job - My view anyway although not being involved at the club it's a view from a distance and I'm sure the selectors have their reasons ???

Do you know what the story with Jacky is Mudlark? Has been named the past 3 weeks but hasn't played. Was starting to find some form before that I hear?

The more depth available come finals the better and the good news is if they don't make league then ressies will still be in action to keep up their form.

From what I was told mate, he is having a few problems finding time to train with his job, young family etc.

Shame, because I thought he could of been our wildcard come finals time. Maybe he still can be?

DG,apparently Jacky has not been seen at training for the last 3 to 4 weeks.With only 3 games leading into the finals,he is running out of time.The ressies are playing with great commitment and it would be a bit rough to drop anyone who has been there all year for the team to be replaced by somebody in Jacky's situation.Shame really because he was in good form and he certainly reads the play well and uses the ball effectively.
