Still no Lockyer but good to see Kentfield named.  Also Kyron Hayden in for his first game in over a year in the ressies which is fantastic news but not sure what's happened to Sokol.  Final 22 sees Kentfield, Ash, Kelman and Bartlett drop back to the twos.

As someone who expected Claremont to be premiers this year, I’m pretty nervous about playing them at 0-3! 

BC, heard he had a leg issue in the 2nd half v Joondy, maybe a calf, C. Henderson did ok in a couple of the pre season games so will be good to see what he can do in the real stuff.

Robbins and Morgan into the starting 18, Alone, Hickmont and Kentfield plus one other on the pine.

Yes great to see Hayden having his first run, they have been very cautious with his recovery from that knee. Still waiting on Schoey who should be back after the bye, those 2 will be great additions to the mids group once they have had a few runs in the magoo's.

Thanks DD but Revo doesn't really have an outer unless your on an apartment balcony.
 

They do mate a few benches to sit on. Not much but there is something and a grassed area behind the goals at the railway end.

Outcoached and outplayed. Why Wardman didn't send a match up to Rogers in the last quarter mystifies me. He repelled our forward entries time and again just when we had momentum. We had 17 more inside 50s but 6 less scoring shots. How does that happen?

Better players were Mayo, Liam Hickmott, Foley, Alone and Clark did some good things but our backs were generally outmuscled and the connection from midfield to the forward 50 is still missing.

Borchet played one decent qtr and needs time back in the ressies to get his confidence up as he was very ordinary.

Good to see Hayden got through the ressies ok. Other than that, losses in all grades is not ideal.

Yes, Subiaco achieving 38 Ball disposals / Goal for the match doesn't cut the cheese. Turns out Subi had less scoring shots, but 16 or so more Disposals Inside 50. They seemed to just kick into the forward line with no real plan hoping someone would take a mark. The Claremont defenders seemed to drift into place easily.
