Geez  bit of a wasteful first half by the Lions. 13 scoring shots they've had as opposed to 6. Yet only have the 7 point lead. Hopefully they can keep their noses in front and come away with the 4 points come games end.

And that is a beautiful result.

That was an enjoyable win. Gutsy effort all round, typified by Robbo's hit in they last quarter. Alone is a human bowling ball. I thought we were out classed but hung in there all day. Everyone doing their bit. Great game from Clark. Foley very good. Snadden really finding his feet at wafl level now. Everyone added something. Best team effort of the season.

It wasn't pretty after quarter time but a good win against the ladder leaders down there nonetheless. Savigni was huge, the mids won on the day with Clark, the Motts, Kitch all prolific although Brodie got plenty of it going the other way.

A good game from Foley across half back and I thought Snadden had some nice moments as well. Mayo presented well and Soks was monstered by the Peel big defenders but toiled and worked hard all afternoon which was important as Borchet didn't really have a big impact.

We still miss targets and make some ordinary decisions, but I thought our backs stood up well and our mids won the inside 50s 62 to 42 but continue to bomb it in which has been an ongoing problem for the last couple of years.

All up a good win and well done to all as it was a big response to our poor performance two weeks ago.

Listening to wardman at the breaks, he was really working on inside 50 delivery. I think they tried everything, but couldn't buy a mark down there. It's hard to kick it along the ground going into 50. It's not a natural or easy thing to do. Maybe they should kick torps into the 50. 

Just need Swans to give us the quinella tomorrow.

Fantastic result here , but also pleased with the response to the effort two weeks ago. Hope we can continue with that level of performance and effort for the remainder of this season.
