Good luck to young Isaac Clinch on debut. Tough as teak this kid. Won’t be taking a backward step. Great to see him rewarded with a league debut. Watch for his twin brother next.

Please, Subi fans, don't pretend to be surprised. As if Peel were ever going to threaten Subi, even with a long injury list.

Peel weren't too bad. Balantine, bell, Bootsma, Howlet played well.

Maxy Walters added a fair bit for subi. Hickmont showed a lot of potential. Martin marked well, kicked badly, also promising. Sokol still well down on past form. Miller added some pace and strength. Not sure why he's been on the outer for so long.

Interesting stats by Stainsby. 1 handball and 6 tackles. I’m assuming he was tagging - Ballantyne maybe?

Wasn't at the game but it looked like Kitch had a huge game 29 disposals 7 tackles, leading from the front. How bad was the weather, very bad I assume given our atrocious goal kicking.

Did what we have to do, EP next week which will be far tougher, they took it right up to CL in the first half but looked top heavy given the conditions, those talls will be a handful on a fine day.

Weather was ok, but windy. Made goal kicking hard. Kitch and Newton too good. Both worked hard. Newton in good form. getting a good run at it. Best kick of the followers.
Reid, the fullback?, showed plenty of presence. Aggressive. That was helpful. He's a big boy.

Still a week or two away from getting some quality back. I doubt we'll see Lockyer or Powell and Borchet and Braut will be missing match hardness if they manage to make it back.

Kyal Horsley Soreness 1-2 weeks
Aaron Heal Soreness 1-2 weeks
Jordan Lockyer Knee 3-4 weeks
Rowen Powell Knee 3-4 weeks
Ryan Borchet Knee 3 weeks
Michael Braut Knee 2-3 weeks
Angus Litherland Hip T.B.C.
Harrison Marsh Hamstring 1 weeks

BC the real killer is those 4 key backs missing, so much of our attacking drive came from those guys and Borchet missing has really unbalanced the forward line, also Sok is in very ordinary form but is getting the best defender each game, young Martin is doing a great job and should keep his place if Borch comes back. I dont think a lot of people rate Powell all that highly but he was playing great footy of a wing before he did his knee which I originally heard was an ACL so thankfully it's not and he will be ready to go for 2021. Not sure I'd risk too many of these guys in this compromised season, rest them and give them plenty of rehab before the next pre-season.

Yep agree with all of the above SS. It's likely we'll get Heal back before season's end who will strengthen the backline and Marsh as well who'd also send down back....Horse is a chance but I'd give the others a big miss and look at giving some more of the youngsters a taste like Breman. If we make finals then Wardman can reassess but I don't think we'll be anywhere competitive enough to trouble the likes of Souths, Claremont or even WP.
