The West lead a big local camoaign last year I think, with the release of a new book on the issue Dirty Girl, anyway a ex copper came forward, a cold case review was launched and went nowhere.

Two blokes know what happended that night , one has Altzeirmers and lives in the hills, and the other is currently serving a prison sentence in NSW.

Will be interesting to follow the inquest, problem is most of the major players are now dead or very old. I dont think its really going to get very far but it will give her some peace perhaps, in saying that there were a few blatant errors in the report tonight.

Just shows how bent the WA police force and pollies were in the 70's,80's and 90's plus with all the cases they have fucked up or tried fitting up allegedly right up to the present day with a case currently in the news what a disgrace.
Doubt any political pressure will work now to silence the truth, hope not.

Yep - It was a RAN Petty Officer in the photo not RAAF, if they can't get that right you wonder about a lot else.
