Sounds like you have something against Gregson, what the hell are you supposed to do against a fire like that? Buggerall anyone could have done, just sheer bad luck - a natural tragedy

Every fire there seems to be a blame game! Its a natural tragedy for christs sake! Living in the bush is inherant with risks, and that statement I heard directly from a Yarloop residents reasoned mouth

anchorman wrote: It seems that DFES and Gregson are going to bear the brunt of the tragedy. But what must be remembered is that DFES were not in charge of the fire for the first three days of it starting. It was under the supervision of Calm or what ever they are called now.
The fact that there was no water was explained by the Water board. There was no power to help pump water.
There is no way that the firies would have been allowed to put themselves in danger to safe a fire that was unstoppable. The lives of the firies was far more important than the houses.
As Gregson said at some stage, you have to take control of what is happening.
If you are waiting for a firies or copper to come and tell you to leave, then you should seriously be looking in the mirror.

These clowns who stay and defend are brain dead I reckon! They should be forcibly removed if they don't leave when they are told
