Bazza poor call that happens with every airline at one time or another. Even the Qantas handlers got hit big time with corruption and letting Drugs into Australia. You obviously had a bad day but dont blame the airline for that.
Google it sometime on Airlines and stealing of luggage etc.
Your post was in bad taste. Malaysian people are very friendly and have found them honest people but we all have our bad eggs
I had friends who flew Emirates a couple of months ago and their luggage went missing and to this day they still have got it. Thats what Travel insurance is all about and you never put anything of value in your Luggage.. clothes are easily replaced.

ps Rock I wouldnt buy a raffle ticket in the WA Football Raffle anyway. Lots of prizes but AFL dominated.

Sorry it must of been my fault they employ thieves, and generally irresponsible staff.

Ive flown many many times with numerous airlines and only ever had stuff stolen once and it was with them.

What's bad taste about it? I found their service complete crap..that's an honest assement.

Malaysian Airlines have always been a bit second rate, they are not a 5 star rated airline, compared to the likes of Qatar, Cathay etc.

according to SKYTRAX malayasian airlines are 1 of 7 "Five star" airlines. from personal experience singapore, cathay pacific, malayasian and QANTAS are all very good. but one problem i have now with malayasian airlines is the fact they lost a plane and cannot find it. with regards to Garuda - this airline was banned from european air space because they kept on crashing.
