some time ago I started to feel 6pr was losing the plot, they dropped WAFL , virtually banished it from discussion and now openly ridicule it, this morning a wise crack was made by Hagdorn et al about the change of start time in WAFL games, Hagdorn said...and now let's move onto something important, which was meet with laughter from the panel.

This comes on the back of the Gillard , Sattler fiasco and the sacking of Sattler, Sattler is now sueing for false dismissal, personally I think Sattler was past his use by date was struggling and needed to retire regardless of that his Sacking was an over reaction...it shows a station in chaos, and in general place with limited talent.

recently I have found myself listening less and less, the morning show is crap , Paul Murray is so so and as for afternoons forget it, weekends are piss weak and as I have pointed out with likes of Hagdorn total crap sports wise.

The ratings of the station are on the dive, I have decided that I'm giving the whole station the flick, it is a rubbish product. I encourage the few WAFL fans left to boycott 6pr.

100% correct, saved me from writing it. Havent listened for ages, sums it up when they brought back "Johhny" (opps no management said he had to ba called John... FFS) Young. Next they will bring back Carvolth! Thats before i mention the gailion Adds they force upon us. There is a dearth of any decent sports journo in perth, be it print media, tv, or radio. Gossage... words fail me!!

Yeah they have zero new talent, obvious by the constant rehash of announcers , and the adds bloody hell they are a nightmare,

I reckon the station must be losing money hand over fist, the footy coverage is killed by adds, and ordinary callers.

It's owned by fairfax who are a financial basket case, I reckon they will be trying to off load it soon.

At least he livened the boring crap of a station up, but really all he did is ask if the bloke is a fagot, big deal...

He is a boring whinger who really has no idea what he's talking about. I used to love when Bob Maumill was on before him. Bob would ask him what's coming up, Sattler would tell him, and Bob would sometimes summarise the garbage he was about to spend 3 hours on within 5 minutes. Howard had no comeback.

On Sunrise (or the other one) this morning one of them dared to describe Sattler as a "journalist". Ha!

I haven't listened to 6pr much for at least a year now. It really has gone down the toilet.

At the end of the day, to pull out 'all hairdressers are gay' is just so lazy and out of date, and sadly it is as good as he gets. 6pr should have got rid of his ages ago.

I actually agree with you on this one ..Sattler was way past it & should have been shown the door earlier!
On Hackdorn why is that crater faced buffoon even on the radio FFS? He is a talentless no name joke! Who would even listen to that nobody I ask???
The only one's with any talent at 6PR are Bob Maumill who is in his 70's now, Hardie is ok, Gossage is pretty good as is Peter Bell & Paul Murray ..the rest you can forget it they're deadset HOPELESS!

I agree with everyone else. 10 odd years ago, i didn't mind listening to sattler, however these days, i don't go near him! Just a shock jock who if someomne doesn't agree with him he cuts off!!
Needs to retire, and though i can't stand him now, i still wouldn't wish his condition on him.... How about he just accepts that he's finished!! More people might respect him them.
