What is with Albo and the media being so obsessed with something ScoMo did prior to the election. Surely Albo has better things to do like running the country instead of whinging about a has-been pollie like ScoMo. If what ScoMo did was not illegal why waste time on a who cares witch hunt. Is it to distract from the fact that Albo refuses to provide details on the proposed constitutional change for the A & TSI "voice" ?

Correct SS....and let's not overlook the fact ScoMo didn't actually do anything with the additional portfolios so I can't see what all the fuss is about. Clearly Albo is having trouble transitioning from Leader of the Opposition to PM.

I suppose its the fact that he was sworn in to these ministries without telling many people including some of the ministers involved. He did take at least two actions, one as the minister for resources and that election day text from Home Affairs. This is really the stuff of Autocracies not the Westminster system and there should be action taken to ensure that the PM should at least be transparent with the Cabinet and the Public if they decide to take on additional powers

Made it clear in no uncertain terms that China will bring Taiwan back to the motherland by any means necessary. Strangely when we had the Republic Referendum Malcom was head of the Australian Republican movement.So he doesn't support the Crown or Westminster Polital System .He supports an Australian Constitution . Also is responsible for that crap kazillion dollar NbN
I've heard Scomo only used his auxiliary powers once.To can a dodgy offshore gas project approved by the Nsw state government.In a tourist hot spot.
Julia Gillard walked away from politics.She shafted Rudd and Rudd returned the favour.Time to grow up Malcom and just walk away.

Yes..I saw that DD.  Why are we giving this prick an opportunity to spread his Chinese propaganda and make thinly veiled threats against Australia?  We don't see Australian diplomats doing similar in Beijing so I reckon the NPC should be severely chastised for even inviting the arsehole in the fist place with everything that's going on in the South China Sea and Taiwan, bans on Australian products and almost daily castigations from the Chinese Foreign Ministry. 

I came across this story on the ABC a couple of days ago BC. I've said this before we rely too much on China in trade and that needs to change and we can hurt China as much as those bastards want to hurt us and continue to talk down to us like a big bully.

We've had a previous Prime Minister with the balls to place an embargo on selling iron ore to Japan but then Attorney General Robert Menzies somehow got it overturned so pig iron was shipped to Japan and returned to us as bombs. Hence he earned the nickname Pig Iron Bob.

It's time for us to grow a set of balls and hit China right where it hurts. Ban iron ore exports to China and our baby formula for good measure.

It will hurt us for sure in the short term but we shouldn't be continuing to rely so much on China when it only serves to make these pricks think they can take over the world and threaten everyone around them.

Start our own smelters and start manufacturing Australian steel and products again and jobs lost in the iron ore sector will be taken up in manufacturing. I can't take much more if the shit that comes out of their mouths threatening everyone that helped defend them from invasion by Japan and now they treat us like this.

Albos primary object has been to get as many woke selfies as he possibly can, Airbus Albo spent the fist few months instagraming selfies, I'm yet to find one positive thing he's done, hes pushed through the pointless carbon target and is about to unleash the terrible idea of the "voice" on us, apart from that hes spent a lot on flags , every time you see him or one of his ministers they have the Aborginal flag next to them and not the aussie flag, I see he has also installed 6 or more in the Parliament chambers. Meanwhile cost of living cost is running off the rails. Hate to think how bad energy costs will be with Albos new targets over east.

As for the swearing in as a back up minister, werent we in a state of emergency with a once in a lifetime pandemic that was threatening to kill the entire world as we knew it 2 years or so ago? the whole point was there needed to be a back up plan if other ministers came down with the covid and Goverment could not function, the swearing in was entirely in keeping with the Constitution, theres nothing in it that states it needs to be announced in the media.

As for Communist China, they plan to do whatever they want and they have no shortage of supporters here in Australia, I would not trust the left here one minute and the Labor party has plenty of fans that come out in favour of them, gormless apologists like Keating and Bob Carr who are pulling string behind the scenes not to mention Sneakers.

Turnbull proved himself Monday night to be the true cretin he is, while PM he rightfully said the Uluru statement was a bad idea shut it down and said it amounted to thir chamber, then on 7.30 Monday that was all wrong , he reckons its great and will be voting for it as lets face it he's a Woke Knob...
