Yep Novax clearly has another agenda here, probably hoping to become a billionaire developing a pill with a biotech firm he has invested in to fight Covid without being vaccinated. Also speculation he is considering suing the Australian government for 6 million for denying him the chance to defend his Australian Open crown. If he yields and gets vaccinated how can he be the poster boy for this biotech firm is has an 80% stake in?

That's correct. Is apparently exploring the idea to sue australia to the tune of 6 million $. To quote the words in the article because of "ill treatment"!
Is all a bit of a cry baby excuse.
Then what happens next?
Can anyone in detention or quarantine sue australia for ill treatment?

He's the one that gave Novax false hope by telling him that he can get a medical exemption. Novax jumped at it and came over. Tiley should have said it bluntly from the start no vax, no play.

That is exactly what he originally said R. Back in Sept/ Oct of last year. That it would only be vaccinated players participating in the tournament, were the words he used.
Why is he saying one thing publically, and something completely different privately??
