The old vics haven't had the virus under control since the first week of March.
Cases started spiralling out of control in the second week of march over there.

Yeah Andrews and Co - they are spinning some real BS.

They reckon the Vic Health Dept set up is a real problem as they don't have district control, its all top down as set up by Andrews as he is a control freak , so local areas don't have much control , apparently its the only state that runs this way.
