Is a well known fact Trump did not take the coronavirus seriously for many weeks. His public stance being the threat was being blown out of proportion by Democrats and the Fake News Media.
It was all over the news at the time when he said it.
He has refused to grasp the gravity of the current situation. He was under the impression the 2019-CoV was like contracting the common flu.
Is only just now, he is realising differently.

Lucky he ignored the advice of the WHO then hey? Could have been much much worse. Glass half full, glass half empty??

Everyone knows it started in China and almost certainly they have falsified their stats regarding the virus but China is a communist regime and controls all facets of the media so we are never going to get the full story due to their restrictions on free speech. The USA on the other hand "prides" itself as being the bastion of democracy and free speech, something Trump obviously has a problem with, certainly any individual or organisation that disagrees with his point of view gets slammed with the same tired old response of "Fake news" it's like the boy who cried wolf, the phrase has been so over used it's now having the opposite affect. CNN used to support everything Trump did but even they have seen the light and the danger this psycho represents. It's interesting that the socioeconomic groups the "rust belt" and in the south who got him into the oval office are the biggest areas of infections and death outside of NYC. Lets hope those that survive remember that when they head to the polls later in the year.

Just the opposite - it has a well deserved reputation for just plain making stuff up, as opposed to having a different interpretation of facts and events.
