I think very ordinary overrated a fair few North players. I watched from 352 (on the wing) & boy was it hot for spectators. Probably also for North's lack of desire to win the ball. Fyfe was huge but McCarthy was the surprise for me...

I think everyone, mainly the media is getting carried away. All the talk is like it was the last game leading up to the finals. We have to give it a few games before the season starts to take shape. One thing that hasn’t changed is the Freo supporters are already on the attack. Chill out boys. The Eagles have a hard start and have a few outs, so In the blink of an eye they could easily be zip from 3. That should put a smile on your face!!!

Can't see where your comments are coming from about anyone getting carried away, the thread is called 'a fine way to kickstart the season'. People don't miss Fremantle when they put a toe wrong and no-one here has got remotely carried away - by the way your also on the Fremantle thread talking about weagles having a hard start and a few outs.
