I think the latest footage backs up what I heard initially that Johnson responded to the guy grabbing his wife, infact there were two guys and Johnson hit them both. I think the fact that the second guy who copped a pretty fair whack, didnt report it to the police says a lot. Not condoning what he did in any way, but I can understand why it happened.
The only puzzle for me know is why he had his pants down to start with. Was it his mate who pulled them down? did Johnson pull them down himself to show a new tatoo? it will come out pretty soon. The fact that charges weren't laid the next morning tells me that there is some doubt over what happened and whether charges are warranted. All will be revealed in due course. It could be argued that Johnson shouldnt have allowed himself to be in that position, but without all the facts nobody can really judge him either way.

Pretty much spot on , there is nothing to stop anyone filming someone in public, and that includes private property that is open to and used by the public, unless they are told not to by the owner of that property and asked to leave and continue regardless and remain on the property in which case it would constitute a trespass.
