What will be interesting is how the AFL (over)reacts to this. If they issue a decree that ALL PLAYERS from a club that is currently involved in a match is barred from using their mobile phones there will be a lot of traumatised players sitting in the stands that will struggle to keep their phones in their pockets. One wonders also if it had been a Victorian player how much the Victorian domiciled and in this case physically locate commentators would have made about this.

I saw nothing wrong with it. He was injured & not likely to return to the match. Could have probably talking to a relation, NOT the BOOKIES. Lucky he wasn't at Etihad as people complain about phone service.
