Do you know how far off Silvangi and Dawson are A/M? You would hope they would be both available shortly after the bye which would help the stocks of tall defenders. Fingers crossed that Luke McPharlin stays fit.

I suspect C Mayne will spend a significant amount of time down in defence. This could provide an opening for C Blakely to make his debut.

Any chance Ballard gets an upgrade, been playing good footy for Peel for awhile. Surprised Griffen signed on for another 2 years, he appears to be on the outer.

Perhaps he sees a permanent spot later on.

Bloody hell Swannie for a WAFL stalwart who raged against the two local franchises for their host club deal and short thrift of the WAFL you certainly have let by gones be by gones and jumped back on board that purple AFL bandwagon again, I guess Swan D are drifting away season wise though arent they...lol

Not at all Bazza, if Blakely is selected for the Dockers it means he won't have to play against the mighty Black and Whites. If you care to analyse my tipping on OOS's tipping competition you will find that I have ALWAYS picked Swans and will continue to do so in the future. In all the games we have played this year I have missed one colts' game and one ressies' game. I have attended all our league games.

For your benefit and any WAFC personnel I have most assuredly not given up the fight to get rid of the host club alignment arrangement. I think a/man can confirm that I have not given up the fight.

Stick by your guns Swan, at least you don't hide the fact that youdo still watch the AFL like Bazza. As we all know Bazza, aka Swans and Souths is a Sydney supporter, but doesn't have the courage to say he still supports them.

For the record A/man I would watch per week end on average fewer than 1 AFL game compared with most week ends 3 WAFL games.
