Had he played in Vic he would be more highly regarded then what he currently is.

Superstar of the game, a future hall of famer IMO.

anchorman wrote: Interestingly Shiz the Eastern states critics allude to him being a super star yet do not go over baord about him as they do for the likes of say a Reiwoldt or Cloke or even Hawkins.I believe Pav is a better player than all of these mentioned yet seems to miss the super star attention they get.
But I agree he will be into the Hall of fame legends almost as soon as he is eligible.

Agree, though i think cloke is a rung below Hawkins. Hawkins is dual sided and has a football brain. Pav is in another League though!!!!

Three more seasons in the forward line 120 to 180 goals.
Better accuracy in the last 3 years 20 to 40 goals.
Therefore at best 220 more. Equals 820. Still a long way off that famous South Australian who's memory has near ly been obliterated by this Vic centric all we have and still a long way off dunstal and the like but still good.

I reckon if he finished off this year and next well he could still do 700.

Great loyalty shown to Freo
Victorians still laugh at West Aussies because of the way we bailed out the vfl and then allowed it to be called it the AFL!

Cheers Anchor, It does get on my goat how we all have to know Coleman yet hardly anyone knows this guy who kicked a lazy 1400 goals. Bloody amazing stat.

I hate victorian football.

Well Gazza ablett born and bred in Victoria. "Started" his VFL career at 23. Played mostly as a winger then half forward then midfield, then in the twilight of his career spent the last 5 years at full forward, kick in excess of 1000 goals. Uncompareable

Pav is a champion, make no mistake about that. In 100 years time he will be remembered by football historians as by far the most significant player in the Dockers first 20 years of existence.
