This will be very interesting to see what happens with Zac Dawson. The report on JPod will be thrown out but the incident with Selwood will be looked at. Sandilands had his cheek bone broken in a similar incident with the opposition player coming from the opposite diection and making contact with his face. Result was nothing to answer. Dawson has tried to stop Selwood hand balling over his head and has made some contact with his head, I think. His eyes were on the ball and I think he may have even made contact with it. Selwood was not injured. The other incident was with JPod in the goal square, didn't seem to be much at all in it, but vision was unclear. The other incident when Mayne tapped Johnson in the chest or stomach region and he fell down like he had been shot, was just funny.

If Mayne or Dawson get suspended then the MRP will be even more of a disgrace than they already are.

It wouldnt surprise me if he goes on the Selwood bump,he's off the ground and does cop Selwood in the head.
What may save him is he was trying to intercept the h/ball and Selwood wasnt seriously hurt,50/50 as to being rubbed out for 1 or 2.
The other 2 cases will get thrown out.

Dawson off all charges, Mayne to take reprimand. Better than I thought

Charge on Selwood, you are kidding me. Purely incidental contact while trying to block his handball. I know the game is getting soft but to get suspended for that would be a joke.

I cant stand Dawson and I agree. There was absolutely no way in hell he should have been suspended for that. It shouldnt have even been looked at.

Unka2 there was no bump at all. Incidental contact and for once the MRP got it right.

Also, why aren't Geelong playing in Geelong this week end?
