Don' t know where you people who said the crowd was poor at Joondalup were. Most people were in the shade because of the heat. Official crowd was 2574

Yes you are correct there were many tucked up into the shadow of trees and stands - but the fact remains it ws a less then expected crowd for the first gae of the season - up against the main WAFL rivals (A Derby) I know all have an opinion - lack of interest with new alignement - TV coverage - rugby etc etc

Shame really - the guys deserve the support of all - those that talk!! walk and state they enjoy the game and WP.
Put your bum on a weekly seat if you in PerTH - I did and I had a great day
Dont just flash the gums and chatter the ivory's

What Rugby game was that!!I don't think there was a rugby game played here at all on the weekend.
The Force played in QLD and we don't have a Rl side here.I am sure that there was no RL played here on the weekend..

 My mistake. When on my way home, someone mentioned the rugby in Perth.
In reality the said game was played over east, I've since discovered
That'll teach me for crossing over the start line to early..

I was more impressed with our experienced players, Hunt was brilliant along with Pettigrew, Tedesco, Razor,Slick and Salla and Fowler (big fan of him) thats how you rate how your club is performing.

Very impressive debut for Johnson, Kerr is a ripper to say the least and Manzone will offer a lot throughout the season too, Rhodda is an unassuming likely type. Early days but a surprisingly easy 1st up win v the Ferals, did not take sniper Swan long to go in the book, he is dead set mid season retirement material.

Look forward to this Friday night v Subi who have had a very good pre-season and we won't be given too much room to move with them.

Just watched on I-view , comprehensive win, but plenty of skill errors, mis kicks, handballs not hitting targets, but the run and tackling was good. East Perth were woeful (how many times did they kick it out on the full).

Leedy think you missed a player who i thought was very good over 4 quarters No 5 Jordan Jones (i think), reminded me a lot of Ryan Webb.

Tone up on the skills, the Cardies might have a good year

Good call Kirbs, he was good. Make no mistake mate, we made some errors but we were pretty good, we still have a bit of silencing to do yet !
