For the falcons to win they must hit the tiges with everything, a few changes need to be made to the team that lost to swans. Johnson & Stockley must come in because our forward line is a mess at the moment. Leave Stockley as a deep permanent forward to stretch their defence along with Johnson. C will go in tall so this is why they should play even if monaghan doesnt want to play 2 ruckmen. Also an option would be for Strijk to go forward to see if he can help as WP dont have anyone who can kick a bag.

Media
Game being broadcast by ABC radio and 990 am (ABC TV is doing the SD V EP game)

Agree Falconstrike gotta bring Frank in to be extra man up forward and Assist in ruck against Seabs and Andrews...But having said that gee would be nice to see Stockers in the reserves as well :)

Now lets do some research on this game and the more I look at it we will be a good chance. Last result
WP..............CLA at Joondalup
15.8 .... Q4 .... 18.11
(98) .................. (119)

Full preview at www.wafl.com.au/games/view/9459

Now we had Chris out due to migraine late. That was the game where Stockers came in late and played 2 qtrs of ressies as well.. Had 20 hit outs where Seaby and Andrews had 75 between them YET we still came close.
Teddy and Slick were in that game Teddy had 23 pos and Slick kicked 3 goals.

Now that is the positive as our team is still pretty well at full strength.
Hope Gaudy is over his problem from SD game and Razor has his WP boots on this week as he seemed to like kicking to Swans players last week :)

The negative is we are playing at CLAREMONT :( Dont tell me what it is but that bloody ground is a HOODOO to us.. Where it shouldnt be?
The game is Hunty's 150th and a big occasion.. Lately we havent been doing well in Milestone games!!! Yeh I know shouldnt make a difference but just something I have noticed with the last 3 or so Milestone games?

Team lineups and Umpires later in week.. Being a Sunday game possibly later than usual.

Reserves..WP V EP played at CLA according to the WAFL site this game commences at 0905 not 1135 Hopefully this is an error? Maybe it is to allow EP supporters time to get from CLA to Basso to watch their league side play?
So if your a WP fan and want to watch both you have a big gap between games.
Times and games at
www.wafl.com.au/live/25

Our guys have been outstanding and very hot at the moment. Of course League requirements will determine what team hits the park. Pretty sure Johnston will be back in the Reserves as I didnt think he was that good in his first hitout and most probably no spot for him anyway in the League.
I thought Rassa played well in the Reserves and got a few possessions so he could come up? He certainly upset a few Swans guys who tried to sort him out but it resulted in a couple of 50's for him.. Could of won us the game.. Well done Rassa.

Now I am bit concerned about who will play in the EP reserves side as they have some AFL players comming back from the Eagles.. (remember them :) ) who are eligible. This means a few of their league players if eligible will drop back to reserves improving the EP reserves side. Players who could be back in the EP league this week e.g

League EP

East Perth are looking somewhat ominous now. Another big win and six Eagles have now qualified to play finals - Matt Rosa, Adam Selwood, Blayne Wilson, Cale Morton, Scott Lycett and Jamie Cripps.
I don't begrudge them Adam Selwood (always an EP-aligned player), but I think the addition of Rosa, Wilson and Lycett from Peel has strengthened them (despite the loss of Dockers players to Peel). And I think Morton and Cripps, who should be playing elsewhere, have certainly tipped the scales...

As you can see this could create a flow on effect in the reserves.
Will be very interested when the team lists come out. I could be jumping the gun?

Previews for the games

EAST PERTH V WEST PERTH Reserves

East Perth is set for another do or die semi-final this Sunday, this time in
the reserves against West Perth.
The Falcons have stayed in control of the derby match ups this season, winning two out of three with the Royals’ lone win coming in the opening round of the year and by just two points.
Rowan Brookes and Shaquille McKenzie could cause trouble for the Falcons with the pair combining for nine goals last week, giving the Royals a focal point for their attack though they have been able to find scoring from a range of different options.
The Falcons will need to take care of the ball inside their forward 50 and keep their inaccuracies down, making the Royals work to maintain defensive pressure.
Frank Stockley could prove to be a difference maker for the Falcons should he line up for reserves, amassing 132 hit outs and 55 disposals in his last three games, and could give the Falcons a strong force in the centre of the ground.
East Perth’s Tyson Rudd, Jackson Slater and Lewis Wilson could line up for their 50th WAFL games while West Perth’s Cameron Branch is also set to play his 50th.

Cameron Branch Have a good one Branchy.. One things is guaranteed you never give up and lead from the front.
DOB: 26th June 1987
Debut: 2011
From: Wanneroo JFC
Height: 180
Weight: 80
Number: 32

CLAREMONT V WEST PERTH LEAGUE

Claremont Oval
After suffering just its third WAFL loss of the season, Claremont has a chance to play for a third straight flag but has West Perth to dispose of before dreaming of
another grand final.
All the evidence favours the Tigers. Luke Blackwell, after missing much of the season because of a lower leg injury, has regained match fitness and returned to his peak.
Fellow midfielders Jake Murphy and Andrew Foster have been just as damaging. Ruck pair Mark Seaby and Mitch Andrews have formed formidable team. And Ian Richardson has become a livewire in attack.
And West Perth doesn’t exactly enter the finals brimming with confidence following two losses to finish the home-and away rounds.

Cardy, think you'll find it is Branch's 150th reserves game! not 50th.
