Remember if he goes to Joondy he wont have half a team++ of AFL players or the massive infrastructure/sports medicine and coaching assistants provided by Freo, he would actually have to do it like a real WAFL club and the last couple of seasons have shown he cant do that.

As far as a new coach goes i would prefer an X player of the club, such as Harro, Blake Arnold, Dion Fleay or Paul Sanzone, one of those 4 would be my pick.
