It was a good meeting I thought, what’d you think? A bit of hope, a bit of healing and recognising some worthy lifers.

Whenever Richard gets the microphone in his hands I worry. Between him and Peter Kennedy you’d never get it back!

Spot on Dazz. I thought it was the best AGM for many years even challenging the Houghton Yovich years. A great attendance and a thorough meeting. Went for an hour and a half. All very informative and great reception by members.
Great to see Bryan Cousins there. As an old pensioner who was at the 1955 grand final as a young buck, I was so pleased to see that Bert Wansbrough and Peter Coventry were recognised with Life Membership.

I enjoyed Bob Shields’ closing remark.....

Agreed, best I've been to although last year's was a lot of fun even if it cost us 3K for the laugh.

50K profit, and the accounts presented before the meeting for once. Direct and factual presentation from the FD instead of the usual "we nearly got this bloke" speech. Interested to hear him say we're still in the hunt for Zac Clarke and there might be one or two others still.

Yes fantastic to see Bryan Cousins there and great speech in support of Earl's nomination for life membership. What was Marty doing there?

Lack of progress on the clubrooms development was a worry but we'll know more on whether the council is going to get on with things instead of their three year staged approach soon.

Troy Cook a worthy legend for 2020. Bob did a great job chairing the meeting, he really managed it well. Interesting to hear him say that Perth opposed the WAFC recruiting restrictions on $ubi.

There's an air of expectation more than hope for once out there. And yes, I noted the Prez's closing remarks too.

Troy Cook a superb choice as club legend in my opinion. A humble guy who extracted every ounce of talent out of himself, who returned to our club post AFL career to give something back and play for a few years and who continues to contribute to the club as director of football. Loved his impromptu speech, his humility and his obvious love for the mighty D’s
