I agree the third quarter was terrible. Cary's miss just before half time was crucial. It would have put us 4 goals plus up at half time. Instead of us getting the goal WP kick a morale booster right on half time.
Payne did a good job on Nelson but WP had plenty of others causing headaches. Black, Manzone and Riddoch all seemed to be running free.

And if you went into the game knowing Andrew Strijk will be held goalless you would think we are winning this game. I think it was Mathew Taylor who kept him quiet, correct me if I’m wrong.

Geez considering White came off an AFL list and Lourey came off a VFL list, pretty sure without a crystal ball most footy departments and fans,would be,saying recruit the ex AFL footballer.....not sure that is the best example to use for Perth's piss poor recruiting....

Heard a few people say he had no heart in the VFL comp as well. I think we saw stars re: tall target that made it onto a AFL list and we may not have done due diligence.
