With Aiden over here playing for SA it got me wondering.
With Clint Jones retiring should we target Aiden for next year.
Whilst we have points to spend Aiden wouldn't cost many.
Would shore up the midfield depth.
Leaving the points for other areas.

I can't see that happening DF. He'll probably play out his career at North Adelaide. I would be offering CJ another contract for next year. I think he's playing as well as ever and seems to be enjoying his football more than ever since joining the club.

Doubt troppo would get a gig in our midfield with or without CJ.

A Sandover medallist of not long ago and a current SANFL Premiership player wouldn’t get a gig in our midfield,really.

I think the question should be, would he wish to return?
Apparently still playing damn good footy over at Norths. Apparently averaging 26 Ball disposals / game so far this season.
When one considers that Perth are currently averaging between 13 to 17 per game, they wouldn't hesitate to have Tropiano
return in my opinion.

Even if CJ stayed he would be a good addition.
And as I said not a ;lot of points.

With Perth on the rise not such a silly option for him.;

Bit slow, poor disposal, stopped accumulating in last season with us. Had the hugd year for us in 2015 but 2016 and 17 were disappointing when he should have been turning into a black or Nelson.

Yeah right.
That's why he's in SA state side.
Let's just get him back.

With or without CJ, I would have Tropo back for extra grunt midfield.
I remember his last couple of seasons with us he would have a couple of taggers jump on his back.
Opposition knew he was the only midfield threat that we had so they took him out of the game.
Not sure that he would come back.
Anyway, our most immediate needs are a couple tall forwards who know how to present as targets, can hold their marks and consistently score goals, and an experienced
and able ruckman to dominate hitouts and have a huge influence around the ground.
