Another point to consider, as a community precinct I am not sure that it will attract large national or multi national businesses. Mr Whippy maybe but he will have to pay to operate inside PFC ground..

I would go an check with your club hierarchy to see if they haven't already completed a deal for HJ's to be using your canteen spaces during match days and even offering their full catering services for your president's lunches.

Yep, that is what is happening. We are raking it in at the moment.

Don't have a problem with it as long as we are raking in the money.
I am sure the new Pres would be too astute to allow us to be ripped off.
We currently do not have a commercial kitchen.

For all you detractors out there.
I don't see this is something forced upon us by the WCE.
Why would they.
I see it as an introduction provided to negotiate a deal that is financially good for the Club.
Why the WCE would be imposing anything on anybody is just ludicrous.
