Our once great club has placed a page on its website boating about how they communicate; including via the WEBSITE, DEEMAIL, SOCIAL MEDIA and POSTAL NEWSLETTER. Can anyone say they were advised (via these formats) this year when training commenced and on what days or what is going on with Michael Johnson, Zareth Roe, Simon Tunbridge, or Josh Burke? Can anyone say they have read anything from the club about other players they have approached and still hopeful of attracting to the club?
Additionally, has anyone heard from the club about via any one of these mediums about intra or inter club scratch matches?
Our once great club is being heavily criticized by its members for its terrible communication and lack of on field success. I for one think that in an election time they would at least up the anti for the one thing they can control - communication.
Thank god for this site, otherwise we would know very little about what is going on except that we recruited a Subiaco reserve player and 3 of our players have re-signed.

Its an area that EF has been very good at this off season. The weekly newsletter recaps the week but the website and Facebook page has had consistent articles and announcements. I also attended a support staff function where the Football Manager and the Coach outlined the recruiting plan and mentioned players at the time that the club was talking to. It was refreshing to hear- even though a couple of those never eventuated.

Couldn't agree with you more. The way this club communicates with members is an abomination.

Kim Jong Un probably sends his officials on study tours to the PFC to learn from the masters.

And FFS can we not have another half hour speech at the next AGM about all the players we missed out on and who won't be playing for the PFC in 2019. Who gives a fk!

PD1899, don't expect much communication from the current administration before the Board Elections and the adjourned AGM on 21 Feb.
New ballot papers are out and due back by 19 Feb with the election results to be announced at that AGM.
Hopefully the election results will be the catalyst for overdue major overhaul needed by the club both on and off the field if PFC is to survive and be relevant and successful into the future.

Johnno not playing. Burke is back. Roe is back. So is Kickett and Eades. Developing from within - 9 new faces who are colts. Update on the website. I suspect if recruiting news is what you want then the communication from the club has reflected this. As far as I can tell the ins:

Yes the Club has finally updated us on recruitment - Finally !!!!!! maybe they read this post.
Personally, I am happy with the getting Zareth Roe and Josh Burke back into the team. Both very talented footballers.
