I wonder when the announcements of signings for our delisted afl players will be made?
I know theres a chance 1 or 2 could get redrafted but they could still sign with the proviso that if they get redrafted they go.

Swans dont seem to be having a problem signing and naming there ex players out of the afl system.

Clem Smith is the only one who has been named so far. Tendai I believe is on holidays atm so maybe the club might be waiting for him to get back.

I've heard nothing regarding Brandt Colledge though, not even any rumours. Hope the club can convince both Tendai and Brandt back to the Demons.

I doubt that Colledge will get another AFL gig and i think the longer it goes the less likely he is to sign with us,wasnt East freo sniffing around him?
Tendai i reckon is the same.

Smith may be the only one we get back at the club.

Tendai was on same flight as me Singapore bound a couple of weeks ago. He would be taking a well earned break. It was a long season for him. Fingers crossed his heart is at the Demons and brings his good mate with him.

If we miss out on Tendai whats wrong with his good mate coming to us or does one only do what the other does?

I guess with Colledge being an ex Attadale boy it is only right he comes "home"....touch wood an ex Perth legend can make that happen

As for Tendai and his well earned break DD....he did fark all for Freo this year and TBH with him being a full time professional, playing against semi professionals, really how hard was it for Mr Mzungu?.....reckon SD could be a good fit for the guy.....Perth should be plumping for Narkle, Punch and Ninyette instead...or have they been cast to one side because Perth colts failed to make the GF in the end?

I won't even dignify your Tendai comments with a response Freezin. Don't worry Earl has blooded a lot of young players in his two years to date and I see no reason why that will not continue. He actually knows what a footballer looks like because he wasn't a bad one himself and played alongside some of the greats. For other less able coaches it's a bit of a haze, they don't know talent when it falls into their lap.

Dignify my comments with a response DD....WTF?...never said Tendai wasnt any good, just surprised you seem to think Mzungu had a good year for Freo this year then DD.....and that life for a full time professional is physically taxing in a semi professional league....not too sure why you are upset mate....surely playing WAFL as a full time professional is far easier than playing AFL?.......just saying I am not too sure why you think Tendai has had a tough year TBH.....surely obscure comments like that are open for debate?....

We should know soon which way he's going to go in 2017,hopefully with us.

I did hear a little murmur that his first meeting with us didnt go down to well due to one PFC officials handling of it and that Snake was called in to a second interview to pitch the PFC case again.

The last thing that we need is to foul up interviews. Been there,done,that.
I would have thought that it is crucial for Snake to be involved with all player interviews.
