Don't be surprised if EP offer any delisted Perth players contracts to stay after they've had a couple of retirements. Sam Butler is the one I would love to have back. He would offer us some real leadership and quality, if he gets delisted which looks like at this stage he will get one more year.

At least DD thses players have to go back to there club of origin before any deal can be made.
No doubt there will be other clubs circling these players particuarly EP's co-tennants.

Grassy dont be surprised if EF sniff around McInnes once he gets delisted,i doubt that it will be next season due to the Naitanui injury,McInnes is Wiley's nephew.

WTF.. if we don't have the cash and can't find a job for a home grown,one point, favourite son how are we going to do any recruiting at all????

Mr AFL had it right the other day during the discussion on Tropiano possibly leaving, when he suggestted that, in the event, the PFC should chase key position players and a ruckman. He mentioned Bestry and Jackson from Subiaco, being a good judge of football talent.. Tendai does not play in a key position nor is he a ruckman so I would not pay over the odds for him to keep him away from Bassendean.

No competition from EP guys, I believe we can recruit one player and it won't be a Perth product. The going rate for a player coming out of the AFL including match payments and job would be how much do you guys think?? My guess would be $75000 and up.
