I do apologise DF I was just informing the Demons faithful of a former champion still having a kick. A few kilos heavier I might add. Also just querying the pedigree of a former WP and Swans player.

Champion?
Chris McGuire, hardly a champion. Kicked some goals and was a handy player but hardly a champion.
Played 1/3 of his league games for SD.
Kerrin Stuart won a Colts F&B and played 19 Colts and 30 Reserves games.
Was very short from memory, again with all due respect far from a champion.

I'm not sure your tone is warranted DF, Chris was a three time or perhaps four time leading goal kicker at Perth. I think that makes him a very very good servant of the club. Stuart I can recall killing the EP colts in one match. I'm always interested where players end up I take it your not so interested. Once again apologies for side tracking the thread no harm intended.

LB Kerwin was a good Colt as mentioned won our F & B.
However did not progress and I see his size as a problem for him.
If he plays League good luck to him.
My point was he was not a champion.
McGuire, also far from a champion.
In my 56 years of watching Perth at Lathlain I can think of some great Full Forwards for PFC.
I would not insult them by comparing McGuire to them.
You are however correct under the circumstances in which he played for us he was a serviceable player.
I do believe in being careful in using the word champion.
