Possible recruits
Theres quite a few ex West Aussies being delisted or retiring from AFL clubs,some well worth talking to.
Who at our club would be talking to possible recruits??

Yep it would have to be someone with a few brains that knows what we need.

We probably still have half wits on the board that already think we have the cattle and its just a coach we need to turn things around.

On saturday night there was no mention of Moody retiring, just Fry and Kane.

Billings received another suspension at the tribunal last night and is now at risk of being only second player in WAFL / AFL history to be delisted....I think the other was Steven Baker??? I am not sure of the process for being delisted maybe the WAFL will make a submission to the WAFC?

Another early retirement may be on the cards!

they threatened the same thing with Billings back in 2012 I think it was but nothing came of it so don't hold your hot firey breath Lucifer

Clearly there is a discipline issue with the amount of times this guys has been reported and suspended. Granted he has got off some, but every other week you read about Perth games and he is reported again.......

apparently he was reported/investigated 8 times in 13 games back in 2012. he was suspended twice but on one occasion the evidence to the tribunal was the incorrect vision of another incident and another time the evidence of independent witnesses including a security guard was not accepted by the tribunal chairman after Billings broke the jaw of a WP player. this guy has a serious discipline/anger management problem.

Yes, he has had some discipline problems but on Saturday he executed a perfect tackle, at full pace without breaking stride grabbed the player around the waste (not high) and took him to ground. There was wide applause for his effort and amazement at the free kick against him and the report.

BC he has become headhunted by umpires and whilst he has deserved some suspensions he has been suspensed on some frivolous charges by the tribunal and, indeed, been denied free kicks when they were warranted.

In fairness and despite everything he has shown great restraint in recent seasons as opposition players have taunted him.
