Perth win less than 11 games this year and I think Chance will coach next year. Perth win 11 make the finals and win one. Damien will stay on.

IMHO, Perth cannot make the 4 from here. 12 games to play and we need to win 9, perhaps 10, to make the finals. Another year of disappointment and wasted opportunities.
I cannot see us beating Swans this week even though we ran them close last time and threw it away. That will leave 9 wins from 11 games with EP and Subi to follow. Can't play catch up football from here. We have not beaten a team ahead of us on the table yet and unlikely to.

Surely the main KPI will be triggered soon

Chance coaching next year!!!!!!!!!!!! Not for me. Great bloke but if this club changed coaches we would need someone with coaching experience. Maybe Chance in an Assistant Coaching role or working with the junior development squads.

I tend to agree with that but either way no way McMahon can coach next year. Deadset lucky he still has a job. Let Bevo captain coach and spend the money on a key forward

If this club is to win a flag it must not appoint a rookie coach.

The coach has to have coached at this level or equivalent (sanfl,vfl,been consistant with a team playing finals and he must have won a flag.

Im all for a caretaker coach with the proviso that it is purely a short-term gig.

The cleanout must be worked on now.
Firstly the assesment of all coaches from colts to league including all assistants.
We are back to failing in all grades...not good enough!!

The player list has to be looked at,get rid of the dead wood and theres plenty.
Have a long hard look at all players that are over the value of 1 point!
Recruit to our weaknesses,stop recruiting players we dont need.
KPP's and Midfielders have to be on the top of the list.

Are the suits that strut around the place there for the right reasons are they doing the best they can?

Someone needs to steer this club to the top and not give us any of the usual BS,we are rebuilding,light at the end of the tunnel etc....


Finally we are no hope of making the 4,who are we kidding and this bloke is in his 4th year and taking us backwards at a fair rate of knots!!

just on this week there is no reason why Perth shouldnt be backign themselves to win. Swans will have at least 3 good players out from last time including Ames and you should have beaten us last time.
Perth played a really small forward line against Swans last time and it caused us trouble all day, Moody always causes us troubles and if Morton is down there you will be a chance of kickign a winning score for sure.

That really small forward line is all we have.

Yeah we may win who knows with this lot,the result wont change what the bigger picture is imo.

If its a close game we will lose,we just dont know how to close a game up when we have a slender lead with not much left on the clock,the coach seems to be clueless in this scenerio!

Agree 30+. We may win Saturday and we may win other games but we cannot get anywhere near the finals. We do not know how to win those close games and we give every side at least a 4 goal start and play catchup for the rest of the game.

Yep, same old same old.... 17 point lead with 5 minutes to go and it is that bloody "yellow" football. Other sides just wait for it...they love it.

I think we are capable of much better but not everyone agrees.. especially some in the box.
