I am guessing that they are giving clubs a financial incentive.Looking at a couple of years ago when we played two games at night at leederville aginst the beagles we would have been lucky to have 800 at the oval.We would have been lucky to break even on costs.One less game at home and some dollars is a good incentive to play a away game against the beagles.

I don’t think selling games to the eagles is a smart move.  Granted clubs are struggling for $ but pissing off your members further will only drive more away and causing further future problems.  WAFL clubs will be under further pressure in the next 10 years and it wouldn’t surprise me to see 2 fold.  To survive the key is to build a bigger membership base and survival fund.   WP need to build the northern corridor and the best way to do that is advertise home games strongly - not sell them off.
